What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with relevant parties to prepare meeting agendas. Accurately record meeting minutes, capturing key decisions, actions, and discussions. Oversee our suite of governance policies, scheduling them for periodic review, and taking a lead on updating them to reflect changes in operational activity, sector best practice and statutory regulation Ensure that all board activities comply with our governing documents and charity regulations
