What will you be doing?

We are seeking a Volunteer Socail Media Content Creator t to help us enhance our online presence and drive engagement with our programs. As a key member of our marketing team, you will create and manage social media content that effectively promote our events, workshops, and fundraising initiatives.

Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative social media posts, including graphics, videos, stories, and written content that align with our mission and resonate with our audience. Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote mental health awareness, support group sessions, fundraising events, and other initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective messaging. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on our social media platforms. Foster a supportive and positive online community by engaging with followers and providing helpful information and resources. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Use insights to optimize content strategy and enhance audience engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns. Provide regular reports on engagement metrics, growth, and other key indicators to inform future strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the communications and marketing teams to align social media content with overall organizational goals and campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our online presence.

Who You Are:

Experienced in Social Media Marketing Creative, with an eye for detail Passionate about the arts and community engagement. A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

What are we looking for?

We would like to see a skill set of :

A strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Experience in creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in an accessible and empathetic manner. Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to reducing stigma and promoting help-seeking behaviours. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve content performance. Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to developing content and engaging with our audience.
