  • Lead contract negotiations and manage their execution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and licenses.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to refine and uphold contract templates.
  • Possession of a law degree and/or postgraduate legal qualifications (preferably in England & Wales) is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract management, with the ability to lead negotiations independently.
  • Proficient drafting skills in line with the technical legal standards of England & Wales.

As a Legal Contract Manager, you will be part of our busy in-house legal team supporting both the UK Charity and its trading subsidiary, and our international offices. Your main responsibilities will include negotiating contracts and licenses, managing the execution of contracts, maintaining a database of contracts and licenses, and working with Legal to develop and maintain template contracts.

Job requirements include a law degree and/or postgraduate qualification in law (England & Wales) is desirable, but not essential. A minimum of 2 years’ solid experience of contract management in any sector, including acting independently as lead/sole negotiator on a range of contracts is essential. Solid drafting skills (to a technical legal standard, under the laws of England & Wales) are also required.
