The role we are offering is that of a Fraud Analyst in our Financial Crime team. The team's responsibility is to detect, identify and prevent fraud, protecting Funding Circle, its customers and investors. The role involves detecting and preventing fraudulent applications using various tools implemented across multiple different product types. You will be spotting fraud trends and attacks and suggesting controls and preventative measures. You will also be conducting objective, fair and timely investigations into potential fraud and financial crime instances.
We are looking for someone who is analytical and detail oriented with an ability to think logically and reasonably. You should be able to make sound judgement calls and take responsibility for decisions made. Experience in application fraud, fraud investigations and fraud analysis in a financial/lending environment is required. Familiarity with compliance/AML procedures and regulatory requirements is also necessary.
