Role Summary:Enhance the in-house case management tool for the Risk Operations Department.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess requirements and develop applications.Lead efforts in maintaining application uptime, as well as ongoing enhancements and upgrades.
Role Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for development of risk management tools.Ability to problem-solve, translate complex requirements into technical solutions, and manage application performance.Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a collaborative team environment.Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Dbt, Javascript, or HTML is beneficial.

The Role We are actively looking for a Merchant Risk Analytics Risk Data Analyst to enhance our in-house case management tool and support a number of strategic initiatives across the Risk Operations Department. As the Merchant Risk Analytics Risk Data Analyst at Checkout.com, you will be responsible for engaging with various internal stakeholders within the Risk Operations Department, assess requirements and develop applications to enable risk operational teams to review risk events. You will also take the lead in ensuring the overall uptime of the application, while constantly striving to enhance, maintain and perform upgrades.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on developing tools or applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing application uptime and performance enhancements effectively. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge or experience using SQL, Snowflake, Dbt, Javascript or HTML would be an advantage.
