The role: As the Data and Analytics Lead, you will play a key part in elevating our data maturity, laying the groundwork for organizational growth, and enabling us to drive transformative change towards our vision. You will report to the Data Analytics Manager and will line manage a small team of selection analysts. Our team is dynamic and collaborative, consisting of passionate professionals dedicated to leveraging data for impactful decision-making and performance improvement.
Job requirements: You will work closely with the data analytics team and the Stewardship Data Engineering team to develop our data culture and capabilities. You will ensure precise data selections, effective categorization, and strategic segmentation that align with fundraising and marketing objectives. You will also keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the data and analytics space, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
