The role You will be a member of our tech team and will report to the CEO. This is a great role if you have technical skills as well as a good understanding of what technology can achieve, and want to make a transition into product management. In the role of a Technical Analyst, you will use technical expertise to collaborate effectively with developers, understand the complexity of fixes, and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You will identify and suggest technical solutions for product issues, ensuring efficient resolutions of small bugs and system glitches. You will also document fixes to support issues and help ensure system stability and a quick resolution of support tickets.
Job requirements Degree in a relevant field of studies, e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Mathematics. Experience with at least one coding language and understanding of coding concepts to enable effective communication with the development team. Ability to analyse and interpret systems and information and use technical expertise to propose improvements and make changes. Familiarity with API's and databases. Experience of requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating documentation. Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, models and technologies. Ability to break down complex problems and propose effective solutions. Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking. Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Fluent English. Right to work in the UK.
