What will you be doing?

Location: Wolverhampton, UK (Hybrid)  Time Commitment: Minimum of 3-5 hours per week Key Responsibilities:

Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various campaigns, including promotional content, event highlights, testimonials, and social media features. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and communications teams to conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content that effectively communicates our message to kids and their parents. Post-Production: Apply professional editing techniques (transitions, music, sound design, graphics) to create polished final products ready for distribution across multiple platforms. Multimedia Integration: Edit videos in a way that integrates text, images, music, animation, and motion graphics to create cohesive and engaging pieces. Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content aligns with Superkids World's objectives. Brand Alignment: Ensure all media content produced is consistent with Superkids World's branding and tone. Animation Skills: Create or incorporate animations that appeal to children and enhance the educational and entertainment value of the videos. Equipment and Software: Use professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and ensure all technical aspects of production are of high quality.

What are we looking for?

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production and editing Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Strong storytelling and visual communication skills Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) Ability to manage projects from concept through completion Understanding of sound design, lighting, and cinematography Animation skills are a plus, especially for content targeting younger audiences Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with teams and take creative direction
