- Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in a Senior People Partner or leadership role.
- Proficient in supporting senior executives and understanding UK employment laws and regulations.
- Analytical skills to interpret People data for strategic insights.

The role entails working on our performance and salary review cycle. This involves cross-collaboration with Senior Leadership and all People team functions to ensure an equitable and efficient process where high performance is celebrated. You will contribute to our DEI roadmap and initiatives, drawing on previous experience to help create sustainable and accessible programmes and practices. You will also lead and support the resolution of highly complex and or high-risk people issues.
Job requirements include proven previous experience in a Senior People Partner / People leadership role (10 years desirable), experience supporting multiple senior executives, and knowledge of local laws and regulations in the UK. An analytical mindset, capable of getting into detail with People data to draw insight is also required.
