The role
Purpose:
The Studio Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Dubai studio. The role involves reviewing daily work schedules with all teams, ensuring work is delivered on deadline, keeping all departments informed about project status, flagging any concerns over resource availability and managing production resource within the studio.
Reporting to the MD MENA, the Studio Manager collaborates with the studio team to deliver a range of integrated design solutions to a varied client base in the Middle East.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS A FIXED-TERM CONTRACT FROM JANUARY TO MARCH 2025.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Having responsibility for the resourcing of the design and artwork teams, ensuring work is correctly allocated on a daily/hourly basis
- Working with the team to improve process and communication, and deal with issues etc
- Archiving and file management
- Keeping studio schedule up to date
- Liaising with IT Support and Head of Operations regarding ongoing upgrades and studio IT issues
