- Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) for the French market.
- Manage team training, motivation, and monthly objective achievement.
- Generate qualified opportunities for the Account Executives team.
- Report to the VP of Business Development.
- 2+ years managerial experience with outbound teams, preferably as a BDR/SDR Manager.
- Proven experience in hiring, training, and motivating sales teams.
- Proficiency in prospecting across various channels.
- High motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Skilled in using Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative approach to business generation.

The Role We are looking for a BDR Manager responsible for managing a highly dynamic team of BDRs for the French market. You will need to effectively manage the team with the appropriate training and motivation to ensure the achievement of monthly objectives. The BDR team is primarily responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executives team. This position reports directly to the VP Business Development.
Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager managing outbound teams with excellent results, preferably as a BDR/SDR Manager. Experience hiring, training and motivating BDR/SDR teams. Expert in prospecting using all channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.). High level of motivation and ambition. Very comfortable with a fast-changing and high-growth environment. Strong command of tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Courage and creativity to find new ways to generate business.
