Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and strategic, forward-thinking leader with a passion for marketing and operations to join us as our Marketing Operations Lead. You will bring a deep understanding of how to drive transformation, particularly through digital, data, and technology, while working collaboratively with teams across all levels of the organization.
The role: As our Marketing Operations Lead, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to transform marketing operations. You will lead the charge in streamlining our processes, driving operational efficiency, and maximizing income, while ensuring that supporter experience and agility are at the heart of everything we do. Utilising cutting-edge digital tools, data, and technology, you will design and implement a future-focused Marketing Operations Framework that will enhance the lifetime value of our supporters.
Job requirements: To be successful, it is important that you have extensive experience in leading transformational and operational improvement initiatives, leveraging digital and data-driven technologies. Proven leadership in matrixed or multi-disciplinary team environments, with strong influencing and collaboration skills. Expertise in marketing operations with a supporter-centric focus. Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of agile principles and their impact on delivering business value. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
