The organisation - Mr & Mrs Smith is a global travel agent program that has seen significant growth over the past year, with over 3,000 advisors booking hotels through our online platform, along with key reseller partnerships like British Airways Holidays and Travel Counsellors.
The role - The Travel Industry Partnerships Executive (TIPE) reports to the UK-based Travel Industry Partnerships Manager and is essential in supporting all B2B partner sales and development. In this role, the TIPE will manage tertiary accounts, focusing on promoting brand awareness, maximizing commercial performance, and nurturing valuable relationships. This position plays a crucial part in driving the next phase of Mr & Mrs Smith’s growth through these channels.
Job requirements - The ideal candidate should be highly engaged and productive whilst working remotely, have exceptional communication and organisation skills, attention to detail and exemplary follow up. Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is a must), and quick adoption of new systems (Salesforce experience a plus) is required. Commercial acumen and an analytical mindset is also necessary. A love of boutique hotels and experiential travel is a plus.
