- Act as the primary contact for the Arts Council England/V&A Purchase Grant Fund.
- Manage grant applications and communicate with applicants and advisers.
- Support the National Programmes team with data collection and report production.
- Experience in handling grant applications or similar administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with databases and produce accurate reports.

The Role Sitting within the National Programmes team at the V&A and reporting to the National Programmes Lead, the National Programmes Officer supports the day-to-day operation of the Arts Council England/V&A Purchase Grant Fund. The post acts as the first point of contact for the Fund, dealing courteously with applicants and advisers and processing grant applications through our grant database with guidance from the National Programmes Lead. The post also supports the provision of advice to Arts Council England and other similar public bodies gathering data and producing reports when required on our national activity.
