The Role: We’re looking for a Growth Project Manager to join our growth team and play a key role in driving technical innovation and scalable project execution. This role will focus on leading cross-functional projects, managing technical experiments, and driving growth initiatives from conception through to execution. You’ll work closely with data, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects that optimize our conversion funnels, customer experience, and retention strategies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on blending data-driven insights with project management skills to deliver tangible, sustainable growth. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll have a hands-on role in shaping our technical strategy while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
Job requirements: 3+ years experience in project management, preferably in a growth or technical environment. Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and projects, especially in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Experience leading experiments in conversion optimization, funnel improvements, or customer retention. Strong ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance. Experience working with technical teams or agencies on improving the on-site experience and driving technical growth initiatives. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, BI platforms, and project management software. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a track record of balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-growing start-up.
