As a Business Analyst at dxw, you will work in multidisciplinary teams to shape and improve digital services for the public good. You will help organisations understand how their services operate today, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure digital products and services deliver measurable value. You will combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with user researchers, designers, developers, and delivery leads to define requirements, support evidence-based decision-making, and ensure services meet both user needs and organisational objectives. This is a hands-on delivery role within the Product & Performance team. You will largely operate in complex public and third sector environments, bringing structure, clarity, and insight to digital transformation work.
Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating organisational needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories, supporting prioritisation and decision-making through structured analysis, and mapping and analyzing current business and service processes. You will also engage in stakeholder facilitation, building shared understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and communicating complex information clearly and concisely.
