The role: You will guide a multi-disciplinary team of 8 designers, overseeing User Research, Content Design, and Design Systems. Your leadership will ensure that our design practices meet both user and business objectives, enhancing collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and BI departments. You will be responsible for strategic vision as well as practical execution, promoting user-centered design at the leadership level, and optimizing our design operations.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a senior design role and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. You should be adept at strategic leadership, collaborating with executives, and have a strong commitment to user-centered decision-making. Experience in scaling design operations and leading design teams is essential.
