Forest is a dynamic and eco-friendly shared ebike operator recognized for its unique tree-shaped bikes. We exist at the intersection of affordability and sustainability, offering up to 30 free minutes per ride to our users, thanks to ad revenue. We have a growing presence in London where we champion green transportation. We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Support & Community Champion. This role will involve:

  • Answering user questions
  • Resolving user issues via various communication channels
  • Maintaining a friendly and lively conversation with our users, avoiding robotic interactions

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a customer service role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Experience working independently and cooperatively
  • High adaptability
  • High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
  • Experience in a B2C customer service role and teamwork is a plus

The role We're looking for a friendly, hardworking, and excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering top-notch experiences to our users. As our Support & Community Champion, you'll be the eyes and ears of Forest, answering all their questions and resolving any issues via phone, email, or live chat. We aim to keep conversations warm and bubbly, avoiding robotic interactions.

Job requirements You should have 1-2 years of experience, ideally in a customer service role, and be eager to learn and kick-start your career. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should be proactive, tech-savvy, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and quickly adapt to any situation. Emotional intelligence and impeccable attention to detail are crucial. Experience in a B2C customer service role and working closely with other teams like Tech, Marketing, and Operations is a bonus but not essential.
