  • Assist with setting up pharmacy operations
  • Facilitate meetings and manage documentation
  • Engage directly with patients to schedule their care
  • Provide support to the customer service team
  • Scout for new clinics and partners in line with strategic goals
  • Part-time, freelance position, 20-30 hours per week with potential to increase
  • Must be available during working hours for critical tasks

We’re looking for an operations intern to join our female health team. We’re expanding a service which supports women through perimenopause, and menopause - and there’s a lot of new projects to setup. We need your help! Menopause is a new area of the business that we’re all incredibly excited about. Our Menopause category operates under the brand Menopause Care - led by the founder Dr Naomi Potter. Dr Potter has built a strong organic brand which we want to develop and capitalise on with this service.

RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the setup of pharmacy operations Supporting meetings and collating notes Speaking to patients to book their care Supporting the customer service team when we need more capacity Identifying new clinics and partners we could work with, aligning with our strategic goals

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a part time role. c.20-30 hours per week. Though this could increase over time. You need to be available during working hours each day to perform critical daily tasks. This is a freelance internship role, which initially lasts for 3 months.
