- Independently manage a subset of stores in your sector.
- Collaborate with Sector Managers for department organization.
- Negotiate and secure product placement in alignment with national agreements.
- Ensure proper assortment display and assist in order management.
- Handle installations, address anomalies, and enhance product promotions.
- Communicate promotional mechanics to customers and relay monthly updates.
- Work cross-functionally with Sector Managers to achieve goals.
- A minimum of a Bac degree is required.
- Experience in distribution as a Sales Promoter, Store, or Department Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge quick connections.
- Dynamic, persuasive, and highly adaptable with a solid commercial instinct.
- Rigorous work ethic and determination to deliver sector results.
- Must have a B license and be open to weekly travel.

The role - As a Sales Promoter, you will manage a part of the stores in your sector independently, and follow the recommendations of the Sector Managers for the organization of the department for jointly managed stores. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and ensuring the positions of our products in the department according to national agreements, verifying the good presence of the assortments negotiated upstream, helping stores with the management of manual or automatic orders, managing the installations independently, treating anomalies, setting up and dramatizing our promotions, explaining to customers the existing promotion mechanics, relaying the monthly news of promotions in the visited stores, working in a cross-functional way with the Sector Managers.
Job requirements - You have a minimum of a Bac degree, you have a first experience in the world of distribution (GMS) as a Sales Promoter or Store Manager or Department Manager. You have a good relationship and know how to create a link quickly. You are dynamic and persuasive with a strong ability to adapt. Your commercial temperament and your rigor are as many qualities that will allow you to go and get the results of the sector. Holder of a B license, you accept weekly trips.
