  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP is a bonus.

The Role The Country Director will have overall responsibility for the revenue and commercial success of Payhawk in the respective country. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and work effectively and efficiently to enforce the global strategy, build a team, prioritize key targets, serve as a spokesperson of the business on a case-by-case basis, align with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success to drive successful outcomes in the region.

Job Requirements At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role. Proven experience of over-achievement in a leadership or senior sales role such as Commercial Director, Head of Sales or General Manager. +2 years experience in a Hyper-Growth Startup. Success in launching and scaling a business in a new and competitive territory. Experience selling SaaS products to midmarket companies (100-1000 employees) in an outbound motion. A natural leader who inspires the team. An energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment. Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Kaspr. Experience with the ecosystems of Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is considered a plus.
