- Role Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in partnerships or business development.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Preference for experience in a SaaS environment catering to mid-market and large companies.
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or SAP is a plus.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to thrive in a tech start-up atmosphere.
- Eligibility to work in the corresponding country without visa sponsorship is required.

The Director of Partnerships will lead and scale the global partnership function, having the overall responsibility across multiple EU countries. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will oversee the entire partnerships team, manage key strategic alliances, and drive the company’s growth through strategic collaborations with technology providers and other relevant industry players. You will be responsible for enforcing the global strategy, building and managing a high-performing team of Partnership and Partner Marketing Managers, prioritize key targets, identifying new opportunities, and leading all aspects of partner development.
Requirements include at least 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a SaaS company selling products to mid-market and large companies is strongly preferred. Experience with the ecosystems of Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or SAP is considered a plus. You should be an energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment and handle ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset.
