- Lead the global partnerships function across multiple EU countries.
- Directly report to the VP of Business Development and manage the partnerships team.
- Strategize and manage key alliances to drive growth through collaborations with tech providers and industry leaders.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment targeting mid-market and large companies.
- Knowledge of ecosystems like Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or SAP is a plus.

The Role The Director of Partnerships will lead and scale the global partnership function, having the overall responsibility across multiple EU countries. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, will oversee the entire partnerships team, manage key strategic alliances, and drive the company’s growth through strategic collaborations with technology providers and other relevant industry players.
Job Requirements At least 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a SaaS company selling products to mid-market and large companies is strongly preferred. Experience with the ecosystems of Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or SAP is considered a plus.
