THE ROLE The Podcast Publishing and Programming Specialist is a unique position at the TED Audio Collective for early career generalists that can combine technical know-how with editorial prowess. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This role reports to the Executive Editor and Producer, Podcasts with a dotted line to the Director of Publishing & Social.

JOB REQUIREMENTS At least three years of professional experience with demonstrated skills in digital project management and coordination and/or publishing. Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience copywriting and web content writing and familiarity with style guide and best grammar practices. Passion for podcasts and digital media. Previous experience in podcast production, digital media, or a related field is highly desirable. An eye for detail and a willingness to learn new technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills. Self-starter that can troubleshoot with speed and accuracy. Creative thinking and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with SEO best practices, RSS feeds, and digital content management.

BENEFITS Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000.
