- Role Summary:
- Provide guidance to clients through divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
- Explain court requirements for approving financial orders by consent.
- Work closely with the Assisted Team Lead as part of a dedicated group of Divorce Specialists.

- Experience in family law, specifically divorce and financial remedies.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial remedy in divorce by consent.
- Background in legal practice.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in IT systems and technology.
- Independent work ethic with responsibility for personal workload.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Efficient workload management and planning abilities.
- Proactive, flexible team player.
- Proficiency in the English language.

The role You will join a team of Divorce Specialists and will report to our Assisted Team Lead. You will be helping customers through their divorce and financial remedy order by consent, providing information on the process and what the court are looking for when deciding on whether they can approve a financial order by consent.
Job requirements • Experience of working in family law and particularly in divorce and financial remedy, • In-depth knowledge of financial remedy in divorce by consent, • Previous experience in legal practice, • Excellent customer service skills, • Proficiency and confidence working with IT systems and technology, • Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for your workload, • Good organisational skills and ability to check details to ensure accuracy and efficiency, • Ability to plan and manage your own workload efficiently, • Proactivity and flexibility – our team members work efficiently and support each other, • Fluency in English language, • Right to work in the UK.
