Role Summary:
- Steer strategic procurement initiatives for large-scale operations.
- Manage contracts with a keen understanding of international trade and Incoterms.
- Collaborate closely with the seed division procurement manager to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiency.
Role Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in importation and applying Incoterms in international purchases and contracting.
- A Bachelor's degree is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience, preferably in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Demonstrable importation experience.
- Technical knowledge related to machinery or electrical systems.
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is mandatory.

The Role We are seeking an exceptional Procurement Coordinator with strong expertise in contract management and a deep understanding of Incoterms to effectively navigate the complexities of international trade and procurement for large-scale operations. You will demand a strategic approach to procurement processes, ensuring cost-efficient delivery of high-quality materials for large-scale operations. You will be reporting to the seed division procurement manager.
Job requirements 1+ years of experience in Importation, and apply incoterms in international purchases and contracting. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2+year work experience. Experience or education in Engineering/procurement/supply chain/logistics. Importation experience with proof. Technical competency related to machinery or electrical systems Language: Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda (required).
