Senior Product Designer - Car Finance

The role: We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on our Car Finance Product. The product launched 6 months ago and is still very much in its infancy with lots of iterative improvements and new features needed to make it established. You'll report directly to a co-founder and be the only designer on the team. The team is small but cross-functional - working closely with engineering and product, you'll be in the weeds of the detail whilst switching hats between design, research and engineering.

Job requirements: You should apply if you are actively and curiously using AI. You use AI to optimise your workflow and create efficiency gains. You've had experience shipping to production, analysing data and you're curious about which tools and releases will help you progress faster. You're web based over app. We need someone who has had experience of internal systems, can take a lot of data and make sense of it to speed up operational efficiency. You can comfortably and independently prioritise work. You balance business and users' needs, focusing on work that will bring the biggest benefits to the team. You have a high tolerance for ambiguity. The space is new and you are the sole designer, you should be able to navigate this and be comfortable flagging when you need others to lean in. You have a proactive mind-set. You look to make continuous improvement to the products that they are working on. You find issues and features, write up tickets and ship them when they're ready.
