DELLI is a platform that brings a new generation of food producers and their customers together. We enable burgeoning independent food makers to build their businesses and instantly reach a nationwide community of customers looking for new, more exciting, and tastier food options. We were founded by Simon Beckerman (Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer) and Marie Petrovicka (Co-Founder, CEO). Simon and Marie previously worked together at Depop — a fashion marketplace founded by Simon that sold to Etsy for $1.6B in 2021, with 20M users in 147 countries and a team of 300!

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator to join our small, dedicated team in Shoreditch, London. This junior-level position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about building relationships within the food and drink community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to influencers in key UK cities to promote DELLI and our mission.
- Connect with independent food and drink businesses to encourage them to join our platform.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for influencers and businesses.
- Manage your time effectively to meet outreach targets and contribute to our expansion goals.
- Utilise social media platforms to engage with potential partners and promote DELLI’s offerings.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for food and drink, with a curiosity about dining and drinking trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with diverse audiences.
- Social media savvy with an understanding of how to leverage these platforms for outreach.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing your own time and tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in outreach, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
