Role Summary:Develop and execute the Added Value program strategy, including pro bono work, volunteering, and gift in kind (GIK).Collaborate with corporate partners and internal teams to secure valuable opportunities beyond financial contributions.Lead and manage a Corporate Partnerships Officer, fostering their growth and achievement of goals.Attain non-monetary contributions worth £1.8 million and a financial goal of £200,000 to help reach a £7 million fundraising target for 2024-25.

The role In this role, you'll be responsible for the strategy and delivery of our Added Value programme which includes pro bono, volunteering, and gift in kind (GIK). Working closely with corporate partners and colleagues across Mind, you will identify and secure opportunities that deliver value to Mind beyond income and support successful delivery and project management. You'll be responsible for the line management of a Corporate Partnerships Officer and support and coach this team member to achieve their objectives. You'll be accountable for securing added value activities and gift in kind donations of £1.8m in value and a financial target of £200,000 in support of the Corporate Partnerships team's ambition to raise £7 million in 2024-25.
Job requirements To be successful in this role you will be an experienced corporate partnership manager. You'll be self-motivated, a creative and strategic thinker, an excellent relationship manager, and highly organised in managing a varied workload.
