As our Head of Fundraising Events you will lead impactful, revenue-generating events.  You'll drive event strategy, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with organisational goals to maximise support and donor engagement.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement fundraising event strategies to meet income targets.  Event Management: Oversee all aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.  Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors, event partners, and other stakeholders.  Relationship Building: Cultivate and steward relationships with donors and volunteers.  Team Leadership: Recruit, lead and manage our event volunteers and interns, providing training and support.  Data Analysis: Track and analyse event financial performance to identify areas for improvement. 

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidate:

Passionate about promoting equal opportunities and making a positive impact. Experience in event coordination. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A natural mentor and leader, capable of inspiring and guiding emerging talent. Available to commit a minimum of one day per week, with a view to long-term involvement.
