What will you be doing?
As an Evidence Reviewer your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviewing the scientific literature to identify and judge the robustness of evidence for key nutrition and lifestyle messages proposed by the CFK Education Contents Team In collaboration with the CFK Delivery Teams, reviewing the scientific literature to identify and judge the robustness of evidence for 'CFK-type' nutrition and lifestyle interventions that have been undertaken. Sharing this data as appropriate with other CFK Teams. Collaborating with and supporting the Education Contents Team in the development and communication of Key Messages based on robust scientific evidence, including by documenting the latter in an Evidence Library and by keeping this up-to-date with the latest research in these areas. Anticipating and initiating collaboration with the CFK Clinical Leads and Data Analysts, as necessary, to support the Delivery Teams and to achieve the overarching goals of the CFK project. Anticipating and initiating the need for support and input from the CFK Advisory Board (AB), other scientific advisors, university connections and partnerships, and other experts, as required, to ensure the CFK overarching goals are met based on up-to-date and robust scientific evidence. Collaboration Work collaboratively with the various teams and people across the CFK project, namely the Delivery, Marketing, Educational Contents and CFK Leadership Teams as well as external partners as required Attend and make positive contributions to internal CFK Meetings, including the monthly CFK Club Meeting, Marketing and Communications Team Meetings and other meetings as required.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for people with a keen interest and a proven track-record in reviewing and / or writing academic papers and scientific literature in the field of health sciences or other related fields. Research experience would be beneficial Ideally with past or present university connections Great communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys working as part of team Proactive and collaborative Structured and organised with attention to detail and accuracy To be successful in this role you will: Have a visible passion for healthy lifestyle and for engaging in charitable work to contribute to improved public health, especially of children and adolescents Be enthusiastic and passionate about research and findings Natural curiosity to find justifications on theory with the facts underpinning (explorer) Highly organised and with the ability to plan work, project manage and prioritise Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
