- Ensure precise picking and packing of items as per order slips.
- Operate under the guidance of the Production Supervisor in a lively environment.

- Labeling, weighing, grinding, and sealing coffee bags with precision.
- Preparing and packing coffee products and accessories for dispatch.
- Upholding food hygiene standards and cleanliness of operation areas.

You will be working within our picking and packing team for store orders. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct items are picked and packed in accordance with the picking slip. You will be working in a fast paced environment and will be reporting into the Production Supervisor.
Contracted hours
Monday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch
Tuesday - Friday 9:30am-3pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break
Requirements
As a Production Operative at Pact Coffee you will be responsible for the handling and packaging of our product to ship to our customers whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include;
Labelling coffee bags with the utmost care and attention
Weighing and grinding coffee ensuring accuracy of weight and product quality
Filling and sealing coffee bags to satisfy daily customer demand
Packing coffee and hardware items ready to ship to our business and home customers
Adhere to the food hygiene standards following specific operating procedures
As a team, clean the operation and working areas in preparation for next day

Our Roastery is located in Haslemere, Surrey and open five days week. (Monday to Friday). Part and full time roles are available which can be flexible around you.
