Role Summary:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of approximately 300 vehicles.
- Travel weekly to multiple hub locations with reimbursed expenses.
- Ensure the fleet complies with legal standards and supports business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- Must be over 21 with a clean UK driver's license.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fleet or transport manager/supervisor role.
- Proficiency in fleet telematics systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Transport regulations and legislation.

The Role As the Fleet Manager, your role is to ensure that the vehicle fleet of approximately 300 vehicles is managed and maintained to support the business in the most efficient and legal way. You will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and standards of a growing fleet of vehicles. As part of this role, you will be required to travel weekly to multiple hub locations across the North-West, North-East, Midlands and the South. Any expenses will be reimbursed.
Job Requirements Be over 21 with a clean UK drivers licence. 2+ Years in fleet or transport manager/supervisor role. Strong experience of using fleet telematics systems to proactively manage driver behaviours. Being an effective and confident communicator, both spoken and written. Demonstrated experience of Transport regulations and legislation.
