- Act as the bridge across various teams to enhance Movember's systems and technology.
- Play a crucial role in the lifecycle of online campaigns, business processes, and tech solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in agile software delivery teams, preferably within complex tech environments.

The role of the Business Analyst is our resident all-rounder, our problem solver, our information conduit who permeates through Discovery, Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of Movember systems and technology, and our design and systems thinker in delivering on the outcomes of Movember ’s online campaign, our business processes and our technology.
Job requirements include 3+ years’ experience working in agile software delivery teams, ideally in in large scale, sophisticated technology environments, experience with product ownership and development, working with senior stakeholders to articulate product roadmaps, tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related disciplines, an outstanding track record of business analysis, design, conceptualising, architecting and implementing software solutions, passion for customers and a desire to expand customer relationships, works well under pressure and to deadlines, good team player with excellent communication skills, attention to accuracy and detail, with strong organisational skills, innovative thinker who is adaptable and flexible.
