Role Summary:
- Boost Mind Cymru and Local Minds' income through strategic institutional fundraising efforts.
- Engage with statutory tenders to maximize funding.
- Collaborate with the Head of Federation Innovation (Wales) across all fundraising stages.
- Manage the opportunity tracker and pipeline.
- Create business intelligence reports and draft persuasive proposals.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with Local Minds, funders, and central fundraising teams.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in institutional fundraising and statutory tenders.
- Ability to produce detailed business reports and compelling funding applications.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.

About the team We have big goals over the next few years. We're going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before. Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. You'd be working in our Mind Cymru team who are based in our vibrant Cardiff office.
The role The post holder will help us to maximise the income of Mind Cymru and Local Minds in Wales receive from institutional fundraising activities, especially statutory tenders. The post-holder will support our Head of Federation Innovation (Wales) on all aspects of the fundraising life-cycle including maintaining our opportunity tracker and pipeline, producing business intelligence reports, drafting compelling proposals and applications, and building positive stakeholder relationships with Local Minds in Wales, as well as funders and our central fundraising teams.
