- Lead the delivery of urban nature-based solutions and educational programmes.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local authorities, corporates, communities, and schools.
- Guide projects from conception to completion, including financial management and cross-team collaboration.
- Set clear priorities, communicate effectively, and achieve objectives within timeframes and budgets.
- Proven experience in project management and partnership development.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and manage capital works.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for project delivery across the UK.

Earthwatch is recruiting a Nature in Cities Project Manager. This role will manage the delivery of our urban projects including establishing urban nature-based solutions and delivering educational and engagement programmes, which help Earthwatch achieve its mission.
We are looking for a driven, adaptive and well-organised individual to manage multiple projects as part of our Nature in Cities team, ensuring delivery of diverse activities to a high standard. You will need to be an outstanding relationship manager, with the proven ability to develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders. You will ideally have experience in working with local authorities, corporates, communities and/or schools and experience overseeing design and delivery of capital works.
You will have a track record of leading and managing projects throughout the project life cycle, including financial management and collaborating across teams. You are able to set and communicate priorities effectively and deliver project objectives to time and budget.

The role requires regular travel for project delivery across the UK. The position is based in our Oxford offices with the flexibility to work from home within the UK. The role is full time, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Flexible and part time options will be considered. The contract is for 1 year fixed-term, options to extend at the end of the contract may be available.
