Role Summary:

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, trafficking, and reporting.
  • Act as the liaison between the creative team and ad buyers, maintaining Rapha's brand-creative standards.
  • Lead the test-and-learn roadmap to refine ad-creative strategies.
  • Collaborate on website optimization and manage small website projects.
  • Work with the CRM team to evolve audience strategy and target segments.
  • Stay ahead of online marketing trends and optimize digital marketing investments.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in a Digital Marketing Executive role or similar.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of priorities.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in media across client, agency, or media owner side, with an emphasis on planning and reporting.
  • Passion for cycling and an appreciation for Rapha's mission.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to bring passion, pace and support across our digital marketing channels. You will be the creative driver and organiser across our campaigns, ensuring campaigns are running on-time, and to the standards of creative excellence expected of Rapha. As the main bridge between our creative and web teams, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the world’s leading cycling apparel brand.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the day-to-day management of our digital marketing campaigns, including creative strategy, trafficking & reporting. You will be the main bridge between our in-house creative team and our ad-buyers, ensuring our high brand-creative standards are translated into exceptional digital marketing.


  • Owning our test-and-learn roadmap, helping to refine & define our ad-creative strategy to ensure we serve the right campaigns, to the right people at the right moment.


  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages, optimise the user experience through our website, and manage the delivery of small website projects.


  • Working closely with our CRM team to manage and evolve our audience strategy, identifying segments to target across our full suite of ad platforms.


  • Acquiring & sharing insights online marketing trends, keep our strategies and channel mix ahead of the curve and competition.


  • Leading on our internal reporting, identifying red flags and opportunities week-to-week to optimise our digital marketing investments.


About you:


  • Have proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role



  • Possess exceptional organisational skills. Rapha serves a Global audience of passionate cyclists, across many regions, languages and campaigns. You will manage a high-volume priorities, campaigns and creative - so ability to organise and prioritise is key.


  • Previous knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.) with an analytical mindset and critical thinking



  • Show an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices


  • Highly motivated clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills


  • Analytically minded, you will be taking large data-sets across our Global performance campaigns to identify red flags, opportunities and actions that will strengthen our strategy


  • Experience in the media industry across client, agency or media owner side, with expertise covering:

    • Media and Communications planning background from brand to demand


    • A strong understanding of media reporting


    • Report writing and presenting skills




  • Excited to work as part of a fast pace and agile team


  • A desire to be an advocate for Rapha’s purpose to inspire the world to live life by bike


  • An appreciation for cycling
