Role Summary -

We operate in nine countries across Africa, which are home to two-thirds of the continent's farmers. We provide essential services such as high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, and modern agronomic training. Our model has proven to increase the income and assets of farmers by more than 35%, enhancing their resilience permanently.
The Role: We are seeking two interns to join our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team for 4-6 month internships. Interns will clean and analyze primary data collected from farmers and markets, visualize results, and compile them into actionable reports and automated dashboards. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-impact projects that enhance our ability to serve farmers and improve agricultural productivity and incomes.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have an education in Economics, Statistics, or a related field and experience in cleaning and analyzing large datasets. Proficiency in R or Stata, skills in data visualization, and report writing are essential. Fluency in English is also required.
Benefits: Interns will receive a reasonable stipend during their internship. Assistance in locating suitable housing will be provided for rural area-based fellows.
