The Role The V&A is seeking a talented and creative procurement professional to join the Procurement Department as a key member of the team. We spend around £70 million per year on services, works and goods from third parties; from exciting capital projects to essential services and everything else in between. Working as part of a small team, you will be an important part of a procurement service that works with people across the V&A to help it meet its mission.
Based at V&A South Kensington, you will work on a wide range of projects, help embed the new Procurement Regulations, and work with departments to play a key part in helping the V&A to meet its goal of Net Zero 2035. With such a varied remit sat within an exciting cultural environment, you will play a pivotal role at the V&A by working with key people across the organisation to deliver innovative procurement solutions that maximise value.
This post is based at V&A South Kensington but will involve working on procurement activity across all V&A sites. Part time applications are welcome. Please specify in your application if you are applying on a part-time basis and include your desired number of working days based on a 7hr12m net working day. V&A policy currently requires staff to spend a minimum of 60% of working time on site in any calendar month.
