Role Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in a multinational setting.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Dedication to customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.Team player with cross-departmental collaboration skills.Attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.Proactive and urgent work ethic.Understanding of payment processes and lifecycle preferred.Prior configuration experience in Tech and/or e-commerce is a plus.

The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst I to join our Merchant Configuration team. This role focuses on the timely and accurate configuration of our merchants, as well as executing changes to their existing configuration. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a customer-centric mindset, a strong team player, having work experience in an operational role in a multinational environment. This position requires working on public holidays in Mauritius, while observing leave on public holidays in Dubai. Candidates must be available to work a fixed shift from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Mauritius time.
Job Requirements At least 1 year work experience in an operational role in a multinational work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to stakeholder satisfaction. Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency. Having an understanding of payment processes and lifecycle and / or experience in a configuration role within the Tech and/or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
