Role Summary
- Oversee the growth of the savings portfolio, balancing management of pricing and performance with product proposition expansion.
- Collaborate with Digital and Treasury teams to enhance savings product capabilities.
- Drive changes in product pricing, customer communications, and customer experience.
- Identify and execute innovative approaches within the savings proposition.
- Liaise with stakeholders to implement best practice policies and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Marketing to boost customer engagement and drive growth.
Role Requirements
- Experience and understanding of savings products.
- Proven organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of leading change initiatives.
- Desirable: Experience in a Financial Services Product Team, knowledge of Consumer Duty principles, and familiarity with Savings regulations.

Job Title: Proposition Manager - Savings
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits
Location: Flexible – Embrace fully remote or hybrid work from any of our vibrant UK offices in London, Cardiff, Durham or Blackpool.

As part of the savings team within Tandem, our purpose is work closely with Digital and Treasury functions to develop the capability to sustainably grow the savings portfolio. This includes both actively managing our pricing and performance whilst also working on expanding our product set and proposition.
Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrow
As a Proposition Manager at Tandem your focus will be on:
- Delivery of change to our product pricing, customer communications and customer experience
- Identifying opportunities for innovation with our savings proposition
- Working with key stakeholders across the business to embed best practice, continually improving our policies and procedures
- Identifying and delivering opportunities with Marketing to drive customer engagement
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- An understanding of savings products
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience managing key stakeholders across different levels of a business
- A track record of implementing change
It would be great, but not essential if you have:
- Experience within a Financial Services Product Team
- A working knowledge of embedding Consumer Duty principles
- A familiarity with Savings regulations
