Role Summary:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their tutoring needs and broader educational goals.
- Engage in frequent communication with families to provide tailored academic advice.
- Perform general administrative tasks, phone communications, and coordination with tutors and external entities.
Role Requirements:

- Proficient in client management and multitasking.
- Adept at providing personalized advice and support.
- Previous knowledge of the UK education system is advantageous but not mandatory, thanks to a comprehensive training program.

The Company: Keystone Tutors is a London based tutoring and education company. Since its founding in 2007 Keystone has developed an outstanding reputation among parents, schools and tutors. The London office is in Brook Green (near to Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush) and we also have offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Job Title: Client Manager (Maternity Cover)
The Role: The role will involve managing a pool of Keystone’s clients. This will entail regularly liaising with families about their tutoring needs as well as their broader educational goals. The position is one that involves constant human interaction, regular communication and speaking with families, both to ensure you get a thorough understanding of their requirements, and to provide thoughtful and measured guidance in relation to their children’s academic trajectories. General administration, answering the phone, liaising with tutors and external organisations will also be required.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be highly organised, have an excellent phone manner, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong all round client management skills. The ability to prioritise a number of different tasks, especially at busy times of year, is essential. The role will suit someone who enjoys advising and interacting with people on a personal level. Previous knowledge of the UK education system is helpful but not essential as you will be provided with a rigorous training programme at the outset of your employment.

Start Date: Monday 6th January 2025 (with a potential to start before Christmas for the right candidate)
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (with flexibility to start/finish early or late within the core hours of 10am – 4pm)
Location: Brook Green, W14 (Hybrid role - one day minimum in the office following probation period)
Remuneration: Salary from £27,000 to £34,000 dependent on the candidate’s suitability and previous experience. Employees are also eligible for a bonus of up to 10% of annual salary and are able to join the company pension scheme.
