- Drive business development and support co-founders and department heads.
- Manage and nurture leads, qualifying inbound prospects and facilitating digital campaigns.
- Assist in new client deals, proposal creation, and ensuring tailored client communications.
- Manage Hubspot, support team utilization, and analyze business development data for performance insights.
- Passionate about sustainability with knowledge of the corporate sustainability market.
- A minimum of 2 years' pre-sales or consultative management experience.
- Strong organizational skills, a growth mindset, and comfortable in high-level business settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage workloads and communicate effectively.

The role and its responsibilities
The exact role definition will be dependent on the desire, capability and experiences of the right person. Key responsibilities are likely to include:
You will be at the heart of our high growth business, supporting our co-founders, Heads of Departments and Consultants with business development opportunities.
Lead management and nurturing will be key activities of the role, qualifying our inbound leads, determining the right next step to help our prospects. This includes activating digital campaigns helping to activate our webinars and events
You will support our new client deals, undertaking pricing and creating proposals, taking meaningful and valuable notes, to meet our clients' varying and specialist requirements, guided by our expert consulting team.
Clear and tailored communication to drive sales forward will be a critical part of the role, you will be supported throughout by an experienced sales leader.
There will be an element of diary management support to arrange client meetings.
You will help manage our client relationship management system, Hubspot and support team utilisation.
You will analyse business development data and provide insights to help steer us towards higher performance.
About you

You are passionate about sustainability and have knowledge of the corporate sustainability market.
You are focused on your personal development and keep to progress in a commercial and/or advisory role in your future
You are a practical “doer”, you are organised, and you push yourself and others.
Learning and Development is important to you have a growth mindset
You are confident and comfortable in C Suite and Heads of Sustainability settings.
A minimum 2 years' pre-sales or consultative management experience, and a passion for creating high quality client communications.
You are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure while ensuring accuracy is maintained.
You prioritise your workload well and are good at asking for help and communicating with your colleagues effectively.
Proactively identify issues and opportunities taking action to ensure consistent and reliable output.
You are comfortable giving feedback, even to senior management, with the spirit and intention needed to deliver our impact.

Importantly, you love client work and also working with teammates to iterate products and services. You are a team player - you like a laugh, but are not afraid to graft. You are a student of sustainability, have plenty to offer, and know you have even more to learn.

Location
Ideally you will be within commuting distance of our London office. You will be within commuting distance of our London office, attending the office (Spitalfields) at least twice per week.
Working hours
We believe in flexible working hours to better suit our personal lives while being considerate of each other and our clients. We generally work office hours but trust each other to make fair decisions.
