- Oversee the operation of all tours across the Americas
- Manage both local and remote teams ensuring safety and quality standards
- Control regional budgets and the financial aspects of tours
- Support new product development
- Recruit, train, and allocate Adventure Leaders
- Handle on-tour emergencies
- Create competitive tour quotes
- Organized and ambitious individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in educational or adventure tours
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are advantageous
- Deep knowledge of the Americas as a destination

The Role: As our Americas Operations Manager, based in Mexico City, you will be one of the founding members opening our operations hub for the Americas region. You will have a pivotal role in managing our The Learning Adventure and The Dragon Trip tours across North, Central, and South America. This position offers a unique opportunity to start things from the ground up, develop a local team, and shape the future of our operations in the Americas.
Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include full responsibility for operating all our tours in the Americas, managing a combination of in-country and remote staff, ensuring all trips run according to our safety management systems, overseeing regional budgets and managing financial aspects of tours, supporting the development of new products, finding, training, and allocating Adventure Leaders for our tours, handling on tour emergencies in region, and developing competitive and attractive tour quotes.
Job requirements: We are looking for a new member who is organized, ambitious, eager to learn, a reliable manager, a problem solver, and has at least 3 years’ experience operating educational tours, adventure tours or similar travel experiences. Spanish or Portuguese language skills and destination knowledge of countries in North, Central, and South America are a plus.
