Role Summary:
- Contribute to a friendly and fast-paced office environment in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our adventure trips.
- Manage international communications and bookings for guides, hotels, and tickets.
- Prepare essential documents such as budgets and safety forms for adventure leaders.
- Assist managers and respond to emergencies as needed.
Role Requirements:
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English.

The role entails joining our team in our friendly, fast-paced office in Ho Chi Minh City. We’re seeking someone who has a strong attention to detail, is organized, works efficiently and is highly passionate about exploring the world through travel! As a key member of our rapidly growing team, you’ll add your talents to ensure our exceptional range of adventure trips run smoothly.
Job requirements include international communication, making guide, hotel and ticket bookings across a number of regions in Asia, preparing budgets, safety forms and other key information for our adventure leaders and assisting managers and helping with emergencies. The ideal candidate should have an intermediate level of written and spoken English, a careful, organized approach to work, ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word, and a passion to improve yourself and experience an internationalized world.
We offer responsibility, regular training, and the opportunity to make your role as big and as valuable as you want. The Ho Chi Minh City office is growing its Asia presence – be part of the action and grow alongside us. Office Hours are 8:30am – 5pm, with 1-hour lunch break. Competitive salary offered.
