As a Customer Operations Executive, you will be part of our Service team, the face of Funding Circle, working passionately to make sure small businesses have an incredible experience in getting the funding they need. You will assist and help small business owners with queries about funding with us, provide customer support to our borrowers, and help them understand what Funding Circle can offer them for their growth and expansion needs. You will also offer top quality service to our existing customers, assisting them with whatever they need.

We are looking for individuals who are driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team. You should be dynamic and KPI driven with the ability to work well under pressure. You should be proficient at multitasking with strong time management skills and have a transparent communication with the customer.
