Role Summary:

The role - Loan Operations Analyst This is a busy admin role where you will be reviewing and processing loan applications to provide fast, efficient funding to small businesses in the UK. You will be reviewing financial accounts, bank statements and risk reports to process loan applications. You will also be completing know your customer (KYC) checks during the borrowers on-boarding journey and referring cases to our AML and Fraud teams where required.
Job requirements We’re looking for someone with 6-24 months experience in a high volume operations or administrative role. You should be able to work to deadlines and business goals in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You should have an excellent attention to detail, self motivated, strong organisational skills and ability to follow procedures. Willingness to learn and adapt with ever evolving policies and procedures is also required.
