- Manage and track orders from EDI customers ensuring high-level customer service
- Coordinate orders for new retail points with the supply chain teams
- Handle correspondence and calls from internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee promotions and events related to customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Minimum education of Bac to Bac+2 with experience in a similar role preferred
- Organizational, prioritization, and excellent teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Excel; SAP and Esker knowledge advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a positive outlook

We are currently looking for our Order Manager H/F on a permanent contract for the circuit of specialized organic stores. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your missions will consist of: Managing orders from major EDI customers & ensuring their follow-up (privileged customer contact for follow-up and communication of shortages, delivery tracking...), Coordinating orders from new points of sale with the supply chain (transport service, warehouse), Processing incoming emails from internal & external customers (complaints, information requests), Processing incoming calls from our customers, points of sale, Coordinating our customers' promotions and various events impacting our customers, Actively contributing to continuous improvement.
About you: With a Bac to Bac+2 education, you ideally have experience in a similar position. But more than a typical profile, we are looking for qualities such as organization, rigor, priority management and good teamwork skills. Comfortable with computer tools, you are comfortable with Excel, ideally SAP and Esker (but not mandatory). Known for your positive energy, you have excellent interpersonal skills. Finally, a nature lover, you identify with our company values CARE (Cooperation, Agility, Responsibility & Entrepreneurship).
