- Onboard new customers, understanding their needs, and setting up their accounts
- Develop and execute client-specific project plans for seamless implementation
- Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure effective use of Payhawk services
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management within a SaaS company, or a relevant degree for recent graduates
- Proficiency in technology with a comprehensive understanding of software systems
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Previous fintech experience is an advantage

The role entails onboarding new customers by understanding their needs and supporting with the proper set-up of their Payhawk’s account, native integrations and training on the system. You will create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely installation and roll-out while managing different external & internal stakeholders. You will also develop strong relationships with our clients to build trust during the implementation process & afterwards by providing a consultative approach to ensure a proper utilization of Payhawk.
Job requirements include 2+ years as a Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager in a high growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree. You should be tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software and have Native/Near native level of both French and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way are also required. Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.
