What will be your mission?

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, both locally in the UK and as part of our global marketing team.

This means you will have a dual responsibility:

UK Content Manager: Firstly, being responsible for marketing content and distribution for the UK market, you’ll create compelling content that tells the story of AV1’s positive impact.

Digital Marketing Expert: Secondly, as part of the global marketing team, you’ll use your digital marketing expertise to amplify that message across various platforms for all markets.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

For the UK market:

Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce blogs, case studies, newsletters, social media content, press releases, and promotional materials that resonate with our audiences – schools, local authorities, parents, students, and charities.

Social Media Management: Lead and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, planning and creating content that aligns with key awareness days, product launches, and campaigns.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, the UK sales team, and customer-facing colleagues to create targeted content that supports lead generation and customer education.

PR & Community Engagement: Build relationships with UK media, influencers and industry stakeholders to secure coverage and amplify our message. Manage and maximise event and conference attendance, creating post-event content to promote No Isolation’s mission.

For the global marketing team:

Digital Marketing Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies, manage paid search and social campaigns, and ensure tracking is in place to drive marketing qualified leads to sales. You will ensure digital marketing efforts are in line with business objectives, and collaborate with a digital marketing agency to optimise performance.

Who are you?

You’re a talented marketing professional with 3+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or education sectors. You’re both creative and strategic, with an eye for design and a passion for data-driven marketing. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your skill set includes…

Content expertise: You’re a natural storyteller, with a knack for producing engaging content across various formats.

Digital marketing knowledge: You're familiar with SEO, paid search, social media marketing, and analytics tools.

Project management: Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing deadlines.

Collaborative spirit: You enjoy working with teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across local and global strategies.

Passion for what we do: You care about our mission to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.

Bonus points if you have experience with B2B SaaS or education/EdTech organisations, and if you're familiar with the UK education system.

📍 Location: You’ll be based in our London office, with flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel for team events or conferences. You’ll report to the Global Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the UK Sales Director.

The expected salary range for this position is 40,000 - 55 000 GBP. The listed expected salary range represents a good faith estimate and the actual pay may depend on a variety of job-related factors that can include experience, education and skills.

Excited? We are too! If you’re ready to help us make a lasting impact on the future of education, apply today! 😊

Don't meet all the requirements? That's totally fine! Your personality and what you stand for are also important to us. If you believe you have what it takes to fit into our team, we encourage you to apply. We look forward to getting to know you better.

So who are we???

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot for absent students during periods when they cannot physically attend class. AV1 connects students to their lessons, enables them to learn from their own teachers, and belong in their school community. The children and young people we support are absent due to medical and mental health needs. Our headquarters are located in Oslo, where No Isolation was founded, and our 41 employees work across Europe with offices also in Munich and London.

There are over 3500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries today. Positioned in the EdTech sector as a solution to the growing problem of persistent absence, AV1 is a unique technology that supports pupils with their education as well as their social needs and life beyond the classroom.
